How to massage your hair with hot oil to prevent hair Loss

    You may think that oiling your hair makes you look like sticky and greasy. So, some of the people avoid applying oil to the hair. But do you know that oiling the hair helps to protect it from polluted. So, it is important to oil your hair.

A hot oil massage helps you to get relax from stress, promotes hair health.

How to massage the hot oil properly to the hair

Ingredients
  • Oil
  • Bowl and pan
  • Comb
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
Procedure to do hot oil massage
  • Heat the oil on the pan. Or heat water in the vessel and keep the oil bottle in the water. Once it is warm, it is ready to apply.
  • Comb your hair with wide toothed comb to remove tangles from your hair.
  • If you want, cover your shoulder with towel to protect the clothes from the oil.
  • Dip your figer tips and apply the oil on your scalp and massage it slowly.
  • Massage your scalp on circular motion for 5-10 minutes.
  • Once you have applied oil all over your scalp, you can tie your hair and leave it for an hour. 
  • You can also leave it for a night.
  • Wash the hair with mild shampoo and condition your hair. You can use warm water to remove the oil on your hair.

Coconut oil has antimicrobial and antifungal properties, which help reduce and prevent dandruff. Penetration of the hair shaft by virgin coconut oil helps destroy any fungi cells. The oil’s conditioning and moisture retention properties help treat split ends and prevent hair damage as well.

Almond oil

The presence of vitamin E and fatty acids suggests that the oil may moisturize and treat split ends. Vitamin E is also known for its antioxidant properties that can help keep scalp infections away. Almond oil has anti-inflammatory properties.

Olive oil

Olive oil is an excellent hair conditioner and is also known to reduce hair damage and split ends. It has antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Olive oil can also penetrate the hair shaft and helps in treating damaged hairs.

Castor Oil

The omega-9 fatty acids in castor oil could help make hair thicker and longer. It can treat split ends and dandruff.

Avacado Oil
