Best hair care tips to maintain healthy hair

Your own body has capacity to heal all your hair problems. But when you have deficiency for hair growth, your body won't be able to cure on its own.

So you have to maintain your hair growth and whole body regularly. Now a days, hair is importance of the beauty and outlook. So it is better to take good care.

Now lets move on to home remedies or homemade hair care tips.

Warm oil

Using a warm and natural oil in your hair do favors for your scalp and hair. It stimulate blood circulation and create a relaxation in your mind.



List of oil you can use:

Coconut oil: It works on all types of hair. It keeps away the dandruff, repairs split ends, softens the hair and boosts hair growth. To get best results use extra virgin coconut oil.

Castor oil: It prevents dandruff and other scalp infections. It helps reduce hair loss and moisture your hair. It improves blood circulation and has omega-6 fatty acids. It helps hair look darker and prevents early aging of hair.

Almond oil: It helps to treat dandruff and hair damage. It can help to reduce scalp infections and inflammation. It treats split ends and hair loss. It makes hair healthier and stronger.

What you have to do:
  • Take a any of the above oil
  • Heat it for 3-5 mins till it gets little warm. or
  • You can boil a water at low flame in a vessel and keep the oil bottle inside these
  • Use the warm oil to apply it on your scalp and massage it for 15 minz thrice a week based on your body condition. It will do wonders to your hair.

Rice water

Its a traditional way of keeping the hair healthy. Olden days, people use to wash their hair using rice water which made wonders to their hair. 

Day today's life we're undergoing so many complications like pollution, food intake, not proper cleaning of hair..etc.


What you have to do:
    • Take a bowl of rice or 1/2 bowl of rice
    • Let it sink in water for 1 or 2 hours and then separate the water from the rice.
    • Use this rice water for your hair. Do this twice a week. I'm sure you can see the results within few months.

    Onion Juice

    Research shows that onion juice make wonders to your hair. It promotes hair growth very quickly. It keeps the scalp free of infections. It also prevents hair aging and graying. But it will stink a bit.



    There are 2 ways you can do this.

    What you have to do:
      • Take a onion and blend it with your mixer.
      • Then filter the juice and directly apply it on your scalp and massage.
      OR
      • Take a the onion and cut into pecies and add it with boiling water
      • Then let it cool then apply it before taking bath.

      Water

      Water do wonders to your body. Keep your body hydrated, add fluids, particularly water and coconut water to your diet. It keeps the body hydrated. Coconut water contains electrolytes, which help move nutrients into the hair follicle cells.



      Egg

      An egg mask for healthy hair, and it has the source of B Vitamins, essential for hair health Vitamins B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin) and B5 (pantothenic acid) are good for hair flexibility, strength. Biotin or Vitamin B7 if more important for hair growth, while folic acid can help avoid premature graying. 

                                                  

      What you have to do:

      Use both the yolk and the white. 
      Crack open two eggs, and then beat its contents well in a bowl. 
      Apply all over hair and scalp and leave on for ten minutes. 
      Rinse well and follow up with your usual shampoo and conditioner regime. 

      Amla

      Amla has high vitamin C and it helps to produce collagen protein. Collagen protein helps to boosts cell regeneration and stimulates both hair length and volume. It contains 80% moisture. It is a natural scalp cleanser and removes germs.


      What you have to do:

      Crush 3-4 amla in a bowl
      Apply the pulp with the juice all over the hair and scalp for optimum benefit.
